Some Target stores reportedly have Sunsilk shampoo, conditioner, and styling products clearanced to $1.48. Combine this with the 1.50-2.50 coupons from the 1/13 and 2/24 paper inserts and it's free with possible overage.
Edit: MoneyCommonSense noted that clearanced Sunsilk might also be found at Wal-Mart.

I found the Sunsilk cremes clearanced at Walmert for $1.49.
Thanks for the heads up! I looked through all the clearance end caps I could find at Target and got one shampoo and 4 stylers for free after coupons! (I think I might have actually paid 50 cents total.)
