After finding some
good deals on apples recently, I had more than I could use. So, in the last week or so, I made several breads, cakes, and muffins. On Monday I still had extra apples, so I froze three bags, ready for some of my
favorite recipes. To save time while baking, I pre-mixed the apples and sugar, which are supposed to be mixed and rest for an hour or so before baking.
