Walgreens deals: April 27 to May 3

The deals aren't too numerous this week, but here's what I see so far...

L'Oreal foundation, concealer, powder, or blush: BOGO; the ad indicates that there will be applicable coupons in the 4/27 paper inserts. Final cost: will vary

Lady Speed Stick: 7-day coupon .99; use with the $1 SmartSource printable. Final cost: FREE
Edit: The Smartsource coupon has apparently been pulled. Instead, use the .75/2 coupon from the 4/27 insert. Final cost: 1.23/2

Van Camp's Pork & Beans: 7-day coupon for .39, mail in for $5 when you buy $10 Con-Agra rebate. Here's the math on the deal for 11 cans, assuming that I'm reading the regular price correctly at .99:

.99
x 11
10.89
-6.60 (7-day coupon)
4.29
-5.00 (EasySaver rebate)
(.71) overage

Edit: Unfortunately, these are on MegaSaver this month, complicating the deal. If you buy 7 transactions of two cans each and one transaction with one can, you'll end up paying $5.85 OOP (after coupon) and get back $5.00 EasySaver rebate. It's not a monyemaker, though, so unless you need the pork and beans, you might wait on deals later in the month.

Softsoap 12 oz. Liquid Hand Soap: $2.99, use 2.00 EasySaver coupon and .35 coupon from 4/27 paper. Total cost: .64

A few more deals from MoneySavingMom:

Pert Plus 2-in-1 shampoo plus conditioner 13.5oz - on sale for $3.49
Use $1.50/1 coupon [from 2/24 paper insert]
Send in for $2.50 EasySaver rebate
Free plus overage after coupon and rebate

Renuzit Super Odor Neutralizer Air Freshener Spray - on sale B1G1
Use B1G1 coupon from 4/20 insert
Free after coupon!

Walgreens pain relief 20 liquid caps - on sale for $2
Get $2 EasySaver Rebate
Free after rebate!

May FAR deals:

Walgreens Maxi Pads, 12 to 24 pack, up to $1.99.

EARinse Ear Cleansing Spray, 1 oz, up to $9.99

Walgreens Standard Light Bulbs, 4 pack, up to $1.69

Kickers Energy Spray, 7 oz, up to $3.29

Oral-B CrossAction Toothbrush, up to $4.99; use .75 coupon from the 4/6 P&G newspaper insert. Profit: $.75

Orajel Kids' Plaque-Revealing Rinse, 12 oz, up to $5.79; use $1 coupon from 1/6 newspaper insert (expires 4/30) or sign up here to have coupons mailed to you. Request rebate receipt and mail in for this $1.50 rebate. Profit: $2.50+

Nexcare Cold Sore Lip Treatment, .07 oz, up to $8.99

This week's ad scans may be found by clicking here, compliments of Irish Lass and Hot Coupon World. What other deals do you see?

With rebates- is there a limit as to how many you can submit? For April at the bottom of the Soft Soap deal, for example, it says rebate limit $10- does that mean I can only do it once or can you submit for several rebates?

I had trouble with the Orajel survey. Every time I tried to submit my answers, it said there was an error and that I should go back and fix it (but it doesn't tell you what the errors are).
Did anyone else have problems?

I am letting you know that the SmartSource printable that you have linked for the Speedstick is no longer available on the site! However, there is coupons in the SmartSource paper insert in today's(4/27) paper for $1/1 Speedstick 24/7 and 75cents/2 Speedstick reg. deo.

Hi,

I see a Clean and Clear $1/1 in the ES for May. I printed a few $2/1 coupons not too long ago-- maybe someone can find them again. Many products are under $4 from Clean $ Clear.

Thanks for the tips! Also, there are $.35 coupons in this Sunday's SmartSource for the Softsoap bringing the price down to $.64.

Anonymous,

There is a limit of one rebate form per mailing address per submission period. However, the limits vary on individual rebates. You can find the limit for each rebate listed on the same page of the EasySaver booklet as the pictures and all the other information.

Anonymous 2,

You might try completely reloading the survey and trying again or using a different browser to access it.

Sonshine, Anonymous, & Alexis:

Thanks for passing on that info!

About the Van Camp’s Pork and Beans, I saw the ad coupon saying limit 3. How can I get 11 in order to get the $5 rebate? Thanks

I was wondering about the limit 3 on the van camp's beans as well. Would love to hear how this works to get 11 at the low price. Do you do it in 4 different transactions?

You said "these are on MegaSaver this month", but what is MegaSaver? Is it part of EasySaver?

Regarding the limits, they are rarely imposed by stores. If you're reasonable, I doubt it will be a problem. However, check the edit for more information regarding the pork & beans.

As for "MegaSaver," that simply means that Walgreens is having a month-long sale on these items. It runs the same time period as the EasySaver period, but has no direct connection.
